"I have known Roy professionally for several years during which we have worked on a number of jobs from individual homes to large condominium projects.
I first called Roy to repair a friend's deck that had collapsed from the weight of snow and ice. He effected the repairs quickly and efficiently, found serious rot where the deck was attached to the house and repaired it the same day.

"Roy has done several major remodeling jobs for us. The first was our Main Office in 1995. Taking several smaller individual office and combining them into a member and staff friendly environment required not only the construction skills but their layout and design talents to best utilize the space. Roy and his team accomplished this successfully.
When an opportunity came for us to move our Rutland Office to a new location, the first company we contacted was Roy. Converting a ranch style building with multiple offices to the showplace we have today is all due to RD&C. From layout to finish work, we are so very pleased with our new building.
